Chassis plus upfit. The vehicle runs roughly $50,000 to $90,000 depending on whether you're on a Sprinter 170", a Sprinter 170" Extended, or a Ford Transit, and whether you buy new or bring your own. Add the upfit above and most finished mobile med spa vans land in the $160,000s and the low $200,000s.
That's a real practice location with no lease, no build-out, and no landlord. One that drives to the corporate campus, the wedding venue, or the client's driveway instead of waiting for them to find parking.
A single-station IV suite and a fully plumbed injectables clinic with a dental-grade utility package are not the same build. Water capacity, power draw, equipment weight and cabinetry all move the number. Chassis choice follows the build weight. A heavy build needs the payload of a 3500, which is part of why the vehicle range is wide too.

10 to 16 weeks from design approval to delivery, depending on the build and the current queue. Slots are limited. The schedule fills further out in spring than it does in autumn.
We'll build on it. We'll ask to see the title before we start. If there's a lender on it, that changes the sequence, and the vehicle stays with us until the build is paid in full. Most clients find the dealer route simpler, but it's your call.
